A renowned manufacturer of firefighting material contacted Plastic 85, s.l. for the manufacture of its forest firefighter helmet that until then bought it in Asia. Due to the numerous supply and quality problems of the Asian supplier, the customer chose to manufacture their product in Europe. Then, they contact us to help them in all the process, from the selection of the right materials to meet the demanding European and American regulations, to the construction of the molds and its subsequent serial manufacture.
